Prior to launching her jewelry line, Nicole Romano received a BA in Apparel Design from the Rhode Island School of Design. Romano worked as an intern for fashion designer Nicole Miller who encouraged her to pursue jewelry design despite never having taken a single jewelry making course. The Nicole Romano jewelry line is known for its bold statement pieces that have been featured in publications such as Elle, Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Nylon, Marie Claire, WWD, and many others.
