Sonyarenée is a handmade jewelry line that was launched in 2002 by Gina Renée Peranio. In 1995, Peranio took a jewelry design class and started selling hemp jewelry to her high school classmates. After working several years in commercial real estate, she began to focus on designing jewelry. In 2007, Peranio found success after participating in her first major NYC trade show. The Sonyarenée collections are sold nationwide and overseas in boutiques including Fenwick, Neiman Marcus, Henri Bendel, Ron Herman, Fred Segal, South Moon Under, and Max & Chloe.
